Korea जानेले थाहा पाउनुपर्ने केहि जानकारीहरू


१. EPS अन्र्तगत कोरियामा प्रवेश 
गरिसके पछि के गर्ने ?

(क)   सम्बन्धित तालिम केन्दमा तालिम लिने (३ दिन)  तथा स्वास्थ्य जांच Medical Check up समेत गर्ने ।आवश्यक बीमाहरु (स्वदेश फिर्ता खर्च बीमा तथा दुर्घटना सम्बन्धी बीमा ) गर्ने,

(ख).  कम्पनी तोकिने, काम शुरु गर्ने, र ९० (नब्बे दिन भित्र सम्वन्धित आप्रावासन कार्यालय(Immigration office } मा गई Alien Card लिने यस अघि लागु औषध सम्बन्धी मेडिकल जांच गर्ने । 
           उल्लेखित कार्यहरु गर्नको लागि करीब तीस हजार कोरियन वन खर्च लाग्ने र यस्तो खर्च सम्बन्धित कामदारले नै ब्यर्होनु पर्ने ।

(ग)   बांकी बीमा गर्नेः जस्तै स्वास्थ्य बीमा ( अनिवार्य ईत्यादि )
(घ)   स्वेदश फिर्ता ३ बर्ष पछि वा पुनः रोजगार भएमा थप १ बर्ष १० महिना भित्र।


२. कामबाट कति दिन अनुपस्थित रहेको खण्डमा गैर कानूनी बसाई प्रमाणित हुन सक्छ ?

सामान्यतया कामदारहरु कामबाट अनपस्थित रहनु हुदैन ।
ब्याख्या गर्न सकिने उपयुक्त कारण नभई आप्रवासी कामदार ५ (पांच) दिन भन्दा बढी कार्यस्थलबाट लगातार अनुपस्थित भएमा त्यस्तो कामदारलाई दर्ता नगरिएको (गैर( कानूनी) बसाई प्रमाणित गर्न सकिने व्यवस्था छ ।


३. काम गर्ने ठांउ कति पटक सम्म फेर्न सकिन्छ ? 



 पहिलो प्रवेश पछि (तीन बर्षको अवधि भित्र) अनुमति प्राप्त रोजगार भित्र रहेर तीन (३) पटक सम्म काम गर्ने ठांउ (कम्पनी) फेर्ने निवेदन दिन सकिने व्यवस्था छ । पुनः रोजगार अवधि थप (नविकरण) भएमा थप गरिएको समय अवधि (एक वर्ष दश महिना) भित्र उचित कारण भएमा दुई पटकसम्म काम गर्ने ठांउ परिवर्तन गर्न सकिने सम्भावना रहन्छ ।काम गर्ने ठांउ परिवर्तनका लागि स्थानीय रोजगार सेवा केन्दमा निवेदन दिनु पर्नेछ । रोजगार सेवा केन्दको अनुमति बिना कार्यस्थल परिवर्तन हुन सक्दैन ।




४. बसाईको म्याद थप्ने अनुमति तथा बिदेशी दर्ता विवरण नबिकरण कहिले गर्ने ?

   आप्रवासी कामदारले श्रम करार नविकरण भई बसाईको म्याद थप्ने वा अघिको म्याद समाप्त भई बसाईको म्याद थप गर्दा अघिल्लो म्याद सकिनु अघि नै स्थानीय आप्रवासन कार्यालय (Immigration office ) मा राहदानी, Alien Registration Card , रोजगार अनुमति र अन्य बसाईको कारण पुष्टि गर्ने कागजात सहित निवेदन दिनु पर्दछ,
   विदेशी दर्ता प्रमाणपत्र Alien Registration Card पाएका आप्रवासी कामदारले आफनो विवरणमा कुनै परिवर्तन भएमा परिवर्तन भएको १४ दिन भित्र प्रमाण सहित
 आप्रावासन कार्यालय ( Immigration office ) मा संशोधनका लागि निवेदन दिनु पर्ने व्यवस्था रहेको छ ।
   जस्तैः नाम , लिंङ्ग , जन्ममिति र नागरिकता, राहदानी नम्बर, जारी मिति, बहाल रहने मिति ईत्यादि ।


५. श्रम सम्झौतामा के के हुनु पर्छ ? 

   
कोरिया सरकारद्धारा लागु गरिएको श्रम सम्बन्धी     आधारभूत सिद्धान्तमा जनवरी १, २०१२ देखि सम्झौता तयार गर्दा रोजगार सम्झौताको अवधि, श्रम गर्नु पर्ने समय, पाउने तलब भत्ता र बिदाको दिन आदि महत्वपूर्ण कुराहरु सम्झौता पत्रमा स्पष्टरुपमा उल्लेख गरेर लेखिनु पर्दछ ।
 त्यसकारण पहिले आफूले माथि उल्लेखित सम्झौतापत्र बारे सम्पूर्ण कुराहरु पढेर मात्र हस्ताक्षर गर्नुपर्दछ ।


६. आप्रवासी कामदारले अन्य व्यवसाय वा ब्यापार गर्न पाउंछ कि पाउदैन? 
 
   आप्रवासी कामदारले तोकिएको बसाईका लागि अनुमति दिइएको म्याद भित्र बसाई अनुमतिपत्रको सिमा भित्र सिमित रहेर काम गर्नु पर्दछ तथा आफ्नो  ब्यक्तिगत ब्यापार गर्न निषेध गरिएको छ ।




७. राहदानी कसलाई चाहिन्छ ? 

 कसैले अनुरोध गरेतापनि आफनो राहदानी, बिदेशी दर्ता प्रमाणपत्र,
अथवा बैंक सम्बन्धी कागजपत्र दिनु हुंदैन ।रोजगारदातालाई आवश्यक परेमा प्रतिलिपि भने दिन सकिन्छ ।राहदानीको दुरुपयोग हुनसक्ने भएकोले आफूले चिनेकै ब्यक्तिलाई केही समयको लागि मात्र भएपनि दिनु हुंदैन ।

INFORMATION ABOUT EARTH

The earth is an oblate spheroid(ball flattened at the poles), i.e. almost spherical, flattened a little at the poles,and with a slight bulge at the centre(equator). The spinning(rotating)of the earth at a high speed as caused its mass to bulge at the equator and sinking at the poles.

STRUCTURE OF THE EARTH

The earth is made up of a number of concentric layers of material as in the bulb of a onion.
These Layers are

The earth is made up of more than 100 different elements. The important ones are:
Oxygen         46.6 %
Silicon          27.72 %
Aluminum    8.13 %
Iron               5.00 %
Calcium        3.63 %
Sodium         2.83 %
Potassium     2.70 %
Magnesium   2.09 %
Others           1.3 %

The earth has four distinct spheres:
1. Lithosphere: Top crust which includes land surface and ocean floor.
2. Hydrosphere: Water surface which includes oceans, seas, rivers and lakes.
3. Atmosphere: The cover of air that envelops the earth's surface.
4. Biosphere: The region where life exists.

EARTH'S MOVEMENTS


The earth has two types of movements: Rotation: The earth spins on its own imaginary axis from west to east once in 24 hours. It is also called diurnal or dally motion,which causes the formation of day and night.

Northern hemisphere:
* longest day: June 21
* shortest day: Dec 21

Southern hemisphere:
* shortest night: Dec22
* longest night: Jun 21
Days and nights are equal at the equator throughout the year because the circle of illumination always divides the equator into equal parts.
